Return and Refund Policy

These are Intellity’s (“Intellity”, “we” or “our”) Overall Return Guidelines applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the Intellity website. All returns must meet the overall guidelines in order for the individual return policy to apply

1. Returns

No Refunds/Exchanges:
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, you may obtain an RMA number by contacting Intellity Customer Service through any of the methods provided at the contact us section, and providing as much information as you can. We will advise you on the next steps to take.

Do not return any goods until advised to do so by one of our staff.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

2. Products not eligible for return

Products that are received by Intellity in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:

  1. Any product not purchased from Intellity
  2. Any product that does not exhibit the described reason for the return
  3. Any product with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label
  4. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product
  5. Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging
  6. Any product that exhibits physical damage. If you receive a package that is significantly damaged on receipt you have the right to refuse delivery, please contact us via the contact form for guidelines and instructions on how to resolve this issue. This would not be considered a return. Once you accept delivery all responsibilities are transferred to you.
  7. Any product which appears tampered, customized, or altered in any way

3. Shipping

To return the item you purchased, please mail it to the address advised by one of our staff.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you and are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

All goods must be suitably packaged in order to prevent damage during transit. We take no responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. We do not accept goods sent to us as ‘receiver pays’.
